Disinter “ Welcome to oblivion “

Bursting into the metal scene from Chicago over a decade ago, this five piece celebrate their inner criminal rage with a Cd that would fuck the brains of any self proclaimed intelectual ( politicians being the finest example )! hehe
Griding us through 10 tracks ( which torturous delights are warned by some morbid samples ) that portrays that old school Death/Thrash Metal feeling that many of us enjoy ( the “evil” ones should stay focused on that sort of “terrorizing” Black - metal bands as this may not be your cup of ( fake ) blood ), we’re faced with butchering heavy/brutal riffs and a tecnically infected and murderous rhythm section ( filled by some hyper blasts parts ) that could even ressurect the maggot eaten bodies of mankind’s enemies such is the urge we get to drown the World in chaos!!!
As each track is played, violently shreding us with insanely poisonous songs, one could denote the bittered surrealistic lyrics with which they invite us to their nihilistic world, a private corner of the Universe where twisted and sickened tales are nothing more than astonishing moments of proclaimed heresy against a doomed society’s enslaving arguments! Leading with fiery confidence, the vocalist, Zion, shatters our rather dull reality with his oppressive and corrupted growls at one moment, bleeding our ears with his cold haunting screaming voices in the other...
One thing that made me listen to this Cd a great deal of times ( it’s seems to go on and on and on and I can’t get tired of it ), is that their songs are very different from each other ( within their own sound of course; anyway, just listen to one of their best songs here, the 2nd track “ Welcome to Oblivion “ ) which doesn’t let us fall into a monotonous state of apathy like some other bands that I’ve heard. On this cd, one contemplates different atmospheres that guides us through different stages of human emotions, forgeting the positive ones, as we can always expect that, after the calm ( claustrophobic as it may appear ), there really comes a STORM!!!
