Vomitory “ Revelation Nausea “

Determined to battle through the underground with their brutal Death metal since more than 10 years ago, and after “Raped in their own blood” from 96 and “Redemption” from 99 ( both released by Fadeless Recrods ), Vomitory strikes back with a grinding release for the New Millenium being this “Revelation Nausea” which is enhanced by a better production and promotion as it’s their first one for Metal Blade.
Drinking their bloody influences from acts such as Sodom, Slayer, Celtic Frost, Entombed and Napalm Death at an early stage of their formation they’ve now evolved towards a sound that wanders through tenebrous growling shapes of damnation’s formula! Sometimes it resembles, in some way, Incantantion and Boltrower’s sound although one can always notice some crustcore influences ( they have also some vocals parts on the song “ The art of war “ that were recorded by Cliff, Driller Killer’s vocalist ) that only adds more aggressiveness!!!
Striking like thunderous nails on the coffin of this so empty life, Vomitory really proove us that this is one of the best Death – metal releases from last year as it gives us 10 fucking hateful threats against mankind’s living disease.
One that trully lives for Death should surely notice that this Cd is an artistic form of grandiose music as it gives us nothing more than we expect from a Death band ( you should know what to expect by now... hehe )! The best thing is that they hail from Sweden which is something of a fresh ( ooops, I mean rotten ) way to know that there aren’t only bitter melodic driven bands over there...
As far as I know, “Raped In Their Own Blood “ and “ Redemption “ were
released on Vinyl at the beggining of March by The Plague, giving the plastic disc’s fans, a superb collection item. Anyway, be sure that they’re here to stop at nothing to proove that they do it as they soul command and that they fucking rule!!!
