Ram – Zet “ Pure Therapy “

When falling into the pits of emptiness, depression is hardly something one could be proud of... Nevertheless, Ram – Zet prooves us wrong!
Guiding us through a bizarre technological voyage that grabs our soul ( and ears ), where the bulging ground has an Industrial pavement, the horizon around us crunches with demonic possessed guitars that, from time to time, are secluded by intense melodic harmonies ( sometimes fulfilled by violins, synths or those insane guitars ), the air above us fills us with angelic female voices and the eerie wind conducts us to hellish words that could well be more brave on some moments... this is something rather impressive coming from a Norwegian band and take note that I’m not a particular fan of Industrial tapestries! Nevertheless, this is so bizarre and different from everything that I’ve heard before that captivated me since the first seconds.
Onde could denote on this trio’s sound the influences of major bands such as Meshuggah, Pantera, Covenant, Fear Factory and what else you may find on it... Afterall, this is just my perception of their music and bizarre as it is, so this review would seem empty if it didn’t seem bizarre! hehe
Anyway, if you’re into some freaky and paranoid moments just dare to take some of your time to listen to them. Maybe, you’ll be haunted into their web of pure therapy...
